Rates assume purchase of an owner occupied single family residence with a minimum of 20% down payment. 1 point is equal to 1% of the mortgage amount (e.g. $1,000 on a $100,000 loan). Payments for conforming loans are based on the purchase of a $375,000 property with 20% down payment and a $300,000 mortgage. Payments for jumbo loans are based on the purchase of a $600,000 property with a 20% down payment and a $480,000 mortgage.
