In order to provide its customers and business associates (e.g., RealtorsTM) with top quality service, CUMA Retail has also engaged in correspondent lending agreements with numerous other banks. This provides customers a vast range of mortgage programs and the ability to underwrite and fund these programs in-house.
Keeping in mind the demographics and its commitment to equal housing, CUMA Retail has a well trained staff capable of speaking many languages to serve its customers. English, Spanish, Hindi, and Urdu are some of the languages spoken by team members.

All employees attend regular training sessions, seminars and meetings to keep themselves updated on developments in technology, industry, loan programs, etc. This practice enables CUMA Retail to provide its customers great quality service:- Additionally, production team members (loan officers) are managed by production managers. Every loan officer has a production manager to assist, guide, educate, and supervise him or her. This ensures that customer service, on-time closings and efficiency are maintained. The operations department meets together daily to discuss every single loan individually in order to ensure smooth settlement and on-time closings.
